Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Brookdale, your role will encompass a variety of critical tasks:

• Conduct thorough assessments to understand the mental health needs of individuals and families.

• Facilitate counseling sessions with couples while also providing individual therapy as necessary.

• Specialize in treating issues such as alcohol abuse, domestic violence, grief, marital conflict, and the challenges faced by blended families.

• Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique circumstances.

• Engage in collaborative approaches with family members to address conflicts and communication difficulties.

• Utilize teletherapy platforms efficiently for remote sessions while maintaining high standards of patient confidentiality.

• Maintain accurate, up-to-date clinical documentation in accordance with organizational and state guidelines.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with a diverse range of patients, including adults and adolescents, who are dealing with a variety of mental health challenges. This may include family systems affected by alcohol abuse, issues stemming from physical and psychological trauma, and navigating complex relationship dynamics. Your expertise will be essential in helping clients achieve healthier communication patterns and navigate through life transitions such as divorce and remarriage.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

Compensation and Benefits\n
