Accounts Payable If you have office clerical/administrative/accounting experience then this is the job for you. The Accounting Office for Nissan of Boerne is seeking a productive/energetic individual to join our team of six individuals who handle all accounting functions for the dealership. This position is responsible for processing payments to vendors, paying‑off loans, processing reimbursements, and a variety of other accounting clerical functions. Responsibilities Maintain internal controls to insure compliance with company policies and to safeguard the dealership’s assets. Issue all disbursements. Maintain payable schedules and insure all bills are paid. Payoff all loans related to sold inventory and customer trade‑ins. Assit with payroll input and payment. Provide accounting support to management team.
