This full-time position allows for remote work, offering flexibility while maintaining a structured schedule. As a mental health therapist, you will play a vital role in supporting clients through various mental health challenges, employing evidence-based therapy techniques to foster healing and resilience.

Work Environment\n

This position is designed to be fully remote, allowing our therapists to operate from the comfort of their own home while connecting with clients through our telehealth platform. You will work in a supportive atmosphere that fosters teamwork, ensuring that therapists collaborate with one another as well as with psychiatrists and other specialists. The work schedule is primarily from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility needed to accommodate the varying needs of our patients.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to evaluate the psychological and emotional needs of clients.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy.

• Provide individual and group therapy sessions for diverse patient populations, focusing on a range of issues such as depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and substance abuse.

• Facilitate psychoeducational workshops and support groups that promote understanding and coping strategies for mental health concerns.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and allied health professionals to ensure consistent and integrated patient care.

• Deliver crisis intervention services to patients experiencing acute mental health crises.
\n
• Maintain accurate and confidential records, adhering to legal and ethical guidelines to protect patient information.

• Engage in continuous professional development, including attending team meetings and participating in case consultations to improve therapeutic practices.

• Stay updated on current research and advances in mental health therapy to enhance treatment efficacy.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Georgia.

• Strong understanding of various mental health disorders and an ability to apply evidence-based therapeutic modalities.

• Experience in conducting comprehensive assessments and developing effective therapeutic strategies.

• Proficient in delivering therapy to individuals and groups from diverse backgrounds.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building therapeutic relationships with clients.

• Demonstrated ability to maintain professional boundaries and adhere to ethical standards in clinical practice.

• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems and digital communication tools.

• Capacity to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working with telehealth platforms and providing remote therapy services.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is between USD 80,000 and 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
