Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to establish individualized treatment plans that cater to each student's unique needs, preferences, and challenges.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic methods, such as solution-focused therapy, motivational interviewing, and behavioral activation, to support student engagement in the treatment process.

• Document therapy sessions meticulously, tracking progress through systematic monitoring, whether in person or via telehealth platforms, to continually assess and adjust treatment goals.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including educational professionals and healthcare providers, to integrate holistic care approaches for the students, enhancing their overall well-being.

• Assist with medication management by working closely with medical practitioners to address adherence, side effects, and overall treatment efficacy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on students, spanning various age groups and backgrounds, who may be experiencing difficulties such as anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and other mental health challenges. You will play a critical role in creating a safe space for students to express themselves and work toward emotional resilience and academic success.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) required for independent practice, in accordance with Florida state regulations.

• A minimum of one year of experience as a licensed therapist in a clinical setting, with a focus on mental health services.

Compensation and Benefits\n
