Pay: $70.00/hour
Travel Assignment | 13 Weeks
Schedule Information

• 12-hour shifts
• Day Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM
• Night Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM
• Traveler must be available to work at least every other holiday

Registered Nurse Requirements

• Current Ohio RN license or qualifying Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) license required
• Minimum of 18 months of recent Med Surg/Telemetry experience required
• Minimum of 18 months of permanent RN experience in Med Surg/Telemetry required (may be combined across facilities)
• Previous travel nursing experience accepted toward recent experience requirement
• Current AHA or American Red Cross BLS certification required
• Current AHA or American Red Cross ACLS certification required
• Current NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification required
• Strong patient assessment, medication administration, telemetry monitoring, and clinical documentation skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced acute care environment while maintaining professionalism and quality patient care

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to adult Med Surg and Telemetry patients
• Perform patient assessments, monitor telemetry rhythms, and communicate changes promptly to the healthcare team
• Administer medications, IV therapies, and treatments accurately and safely
• Coordinate patient care with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and discharge instructions
• Follow all facility policies, patient safety standards, and infection prevention protocols
• Deliver compassionate, high-quality care while supporting positive patient outcomes
