Role Description
Reporting to the Director of Marketing, the Sr. Partner Marketing Manager will lead the strategy, development, and execution of Maverick Payments’ partner marketing programs. This role focuses on enabling and empowering our Independent Sales Office (ISO), Vertical SaaS/Integrated Software Vendor (ISV), and Financial Institution (FI) partners to grow their businesses through effective education, co-marketing, and joint go‑to‑market initiatives. The Sr. Partner Marketing Manager will own the partner marketing roadmap, develop scalable enablement resources, manage our partner Knowledgebase, and collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams to drive partner engagement, product adoption, and revenue growth. This is a senior individual contributor role with the potential to evolve into a people leader position managing a full Partner Marketing Team. It requires strong judgment, exceptional communication skills, and deep experience with partner and product marketing, the payments industry, and content creation. Your success will be measured by your ability to build a high‑impact partner program from the ground up, strengthen partner relationships, and deliver marketing initiatives that influence pipeline, adoption, and partner satisfaction.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in product, partner or growth marketing function.
- Deep expertise across email, web and digital event-based marketing.
- Portfolio of relevant marketing work required.
- Fluent with standard marketing technology and platforms (SendGrid, HubSpot, Asana, Figma etc.), but always eager to integrate new AI-driven solutions to scale yourself and the team.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to fluently navigate and align with Marketing Leadership, Platform Growth and Partner Relations teams, while breaking down complex insights into clear and actionable plans.
- Capable of juggling multiple projects and rapidly iterating to deliver impactful results.
- A relentless learner who thrives in dynamic environments and proactively seeks out new tools to maintain their competitive edge.
- Ability to think strategically about audience fit, messaging, and objectives.
- Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights.
- Proficiency in integrated marketing and content creation.
Requirements
- Experience in payments, fintech, SaaS, or financial technology.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing tools such as Pipedrive, Salesforce, SendGrid, HubSpot, Marketo, or similar platforms.
- Experience supporting partner marketing, channel marketing, or sales enablement initiatives.
Benefits
- Pay Range: $135k - $150k (DOE)
- Ability to travel, including internationally, as needed.
- This position will consider remote telework for candidates in various states.
