Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive virtual psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' strengths and specific mental health needs.

• Design and implement evidence-based therapy interventions for individuals, families, and groups, utilizing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Facilitate engaging group therapy sessions tailored to school environments, fostering a safe space for open dialogue and peer support.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including educators and mental health professionals, to coordinate integrated care and develop cohesive strategies to support clients' overall wellness.

• Advocate vigorously for clients' rights while facilitating access to community resources, social services, and educational support.

• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of client interactions, treatment progress, and outcomes within electronic health records systems, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.

You will primarily serve school-aged children and adolescents who may be experiencing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma-related issues, and behavioral problems. Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of California.

Compensation and Benefits\n
