This position is based within our community health clinic in Tampa, but it allows for remote work flexibility. Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Bright View, you will engage in a variety of responsibilities that directly impact our clients' wellness journeys, including:

• Facilitating Group Therapy: Lead interactive group therapy sessions that provide a safe space for clients to share experiences, foster connections, and learn from one another.

• Conducting Individual Therapy: Deliver personalized counseling sessions aimed at helping clients explore their emotions, develop coping strategies, and establish actionable recovery plans tailored to their needs.

• Developing Treatment Plans: Collaborate with clients to design individualized treatment plans focused on their unique aspirations and challenges, ensuring they are goal-oriented and measurable.

• Monitoring Client Progress: Regularly assess and document client progress using established evaluation tools, adjusting treatment methodologies as necessary to optimize outcomes.

• Team Collaboration: Work closely with a multidisciplinary team of professionals, participating in case discussions and coordinating care to ensure seamless support for all clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily focuses on young adults, aged 18 to 30, in our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP). Clients often come to us facing various challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and transitional life issues. The treatment approach integrates evidence-based practices with holistic strategies, promoting recovery in an empathetic and understanding environment.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy is required.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of Florida is mandatory.

• Proficient knowledge of therapeutic frameworks and techniques relevant to young adult populations.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 85,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
