Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans that include crisis intervention strategies, behavioral guidelines, and risk assessments.

• Ensure timely documentation of all client interactions and treatment progress in compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.

• Utilize evidence-based screening tools as part of the clinical evaluation process to inform treatment strategies.

• Collaborate effectively with healthcare teams and programs to establish and implement positive behavior support plans tailored to each client.

• Actively participate in licensing and accreditation processes to maintain quality and compliance in service delivery.

• Serve as an intermediary among local service systems, state agencies, and community partners to streamline clients’ access to necessary resources and support.

• Maintain open and effective communication with clients and team members to uphold high standards of practice and further our mission in the community.

• Forge relationships with local, state, federal, and private agencies to promote our programs and explore new partnerships and funding avenues.

• Engage in continuous professional development by attending relevant conferences, workshops, and meetings to stay informed of industry advancements.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n
