Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments and ongoing evaluations to understand clients' unique mental health concerns, applying diagnostic criteria to formulate tailored treatment plans.

• Utilize a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness approaches, adapting your methods to meet each client's specific needs.

• Provide crisis intervention and support, ensuring clients in acute distress receive immediate and appropriate assistance.

• Maintain thorough and confidential clinical documentation in compliance with ethical guidelines and legal requirements, including progress notes and client assessments, to accurately reflect treatment journeys.

• Foster collaborative care by actively participating in interdisciplinary team meetings with psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare providers to discuss client progress and adapt treatment strategies.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and community resources available to support their wellness journey, often advocating for client needs in the community.
