Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health needs.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on assessed needs and therapeutic goals.

• Utilize evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), to provide effective psychotherapy to clients.

• Document all therapy sessions clearly and accurately to maintain compliance and facilitate ongoing care.
\n
• Monitor clients’ progress throughout therapeutic interventions and adjust treatment plans as necessary.

• Participate in continuous professional development and training to enhance therapeutic skills and knowledge.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams as applicable, ensuring a holistic approach to client care.

• Manage scheduling and communication with clients via our telehealth platform efficiently.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working with a varied patient population, including adults seeking support for anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues among others. Your role will be pivotal in not only providing therapy but also in empowering clients to develop coping strategies and resilience through their mental health journeys.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field from a regionally accredited institution.

• Possession of an active, unrestricted license to practice in the state of Georgia (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, PsyD, PhD, etc.) allowing you to provide unsupervised mental health therapy services.

• Two years or more of professional experience in clinical psychotherapy, demonstrating your expertise and capability.
\n
• Excellent written communication skills for thorough documentation and record-keeping.
\n
• A clean disciplinary record with no recent actions by any licensing board in any jurisdiction.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in using telehealth platforms and technology for therapeutic services.

• Training and experience in evidence-based treatment modalities beyond CBT, such as Trauma-Informed Care, DBT, or EMDR.

• Proficiency in conducting mental health assessments and ongoing treatment evaluations.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 – 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
