Project Coordinator

Job Summary We are seeking a detail‑oriented Project Coordinator for an opportunity in Seattle, WA, supporting civil, commercial, and residential construction projects. This role is ideal for a construction coordination professional who enjoys keeping projects organized, communicating with multiple stakeholders, and helping Project Managers move work from planning through closeout. The Project Coordinator will serve as a central communication and documentation resource for Project Managers, clients, subcontractors, vendors, municipalities, inspectors, and internal teams. Key Responsibilities Support multiple Project Managers with project startup, scheduling, documentation, reporting, and closeout activities. Maintain accurate project files, contracts, submittals, RFIs, change orders, correspondence, meeting minutes, and status updates. Coordinate permitting, inspections, approvals, compliance documentation, and follow‑up with municipalities and regulatory agencies. Communicate with vendors, suppliers, subcontractors, clients, inspectors, and internal teams to keep project information moving efficiently. Track project milestones, schedules, budgets, purchase orders, insurance certificates, subcontract agreements, and project‑related documentation. Proactively identify scheduling, documentation, permitting, or coordination issues and help drive timely resolution. Compensation and Benefits Salary range: $75,000 to $90,000 per year.
