Key Responsibilities Conduct one-on-one video chat sessions with clients, facilitating meaningful conversations that promote mental wellness and self-discovery. Encourage open dialogue with clients about their emotions and experiences, helping them to understand their feelings and relationships better. Act as a client advocate, assisting individuals in setting and reaching their personal goals. Perform comprehensive assessments of clients’ mental health conditions and collaborate in creating tailored treatment plans that are both evidence-based and solution-focused. Engage in continuous professional development and supervision to enhance therapeutic skills and maintain licensure requirements. Patient Population / Client Focus You will work primarily with stable, low-acuity adults who seek support for a variety of mental health needs. Our clientele reflects a rich diversity of backgrounds and experiences, and your ability to tailor your approach to meet individual circumstances will be essential in achieving positive therapeutic outcomes. Qualifications A master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling. Current licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). Strong computer literacy skills, with proficiency in telehealth platforms and online counseling tools. Preferred Experience Experience working with adult populations in a remote counseling setting. Proficiency in developing treatment plans and conducting assessments in an outpatient office context. Familiarity with collaborative clinical practices and a dedication to evidence-based treatment methods. Compensation and Benefits We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and hours worked.
