Business Development Representative

While Motus is a remote-first company, this role will be hybrid, working out of a Chicago-based office Tuesday through Thursday. Other in-person Sales Enablement and trainings are required for all members of the BDR team, some travel required. We are hiring for a September 8, 2026 start date.
Position Duties:
- Engage in strategic territory management in partnership with your Account Executives
- Research and identify prospects using LinkedIn Navigator and ZoomInfo
- Place up to 80 cold calls a day
- Design email campaigns and sequences in Outreach that educate our prospects and pique their interest
- Qualify prospects regarding Needs, Time-frame, Authority, and Decision Making Process
- Set meetings for the Regional and Enterprise Sales teams
- Maintain concise and accurate records of activity within Salesforce
- Cold calling and/or customer service experience preferred
- Quick learner with an interest in technology
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to quickly build rapport over the phone and in emails
- Organization skills and a focused approach to daily activity planning and goal setting/achievement
- Strong presence and social skills
