Work Environment\n

This position is structured as a full-time remote role, allowing for flexibility in your work schedule. We offer both 4x10 and 5x8 shift options between the hours of 8 am-7 pm, Monday through Friday, to ensure work-life balance remains a priority for our team members. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and interviews to gather essential social, personal, and health-related information from clients.
\n
• Provide individual and group therapy to address a range of emotional and behavioral issues, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, substance abuse, grief, and family dynamics.
\n
• Formulate treatment plans tailored to individual client needs while evaluating progress and resolving crises with effective interventions.
\n
• Collaborate with community resources to facilitate access to additional services to support clients’ well-being.
\n
• Maintain clinical records accurately and in accordance with established protocols, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with regulations.

• Establish and nurture therapeutic relationships founded on trust, respect, and acceptance, guiding clients toward healthier lifestyles.

• Engage in continuous professional development to stay abreast of best practices and evolving methodologies in mental health care.

• Perform other related duties as assigned to support both individual and organizational objectives.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) credential in the state of Florida.

• At least 4 years of experience in a mental health environment or related field is preferred.

Preferred Experience\n

• Demonstrated prior experience providing counseling in behavioral mental health settings, specifically in areas such as depression, anxiety, substance abuse, relationship issues, and grief.

• Strong familiarity with therapeutic techniques, tools, and assessments that address a broad spectrum of mental health issues.

• Experience with integrated care models and collaboration within multidisciplinary teams is highly advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $85,000 to $104,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
