Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments that accurately identify the needs and goals of each patient, ensuring the development of personalized and effective treatment plans.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy, to provide individual and family counseling.

• Establish and facilitate psychoeducational support groups that provide a forum for shared experiences, fostering a sense of community among individuals facing similar challenges.

• Collaborate closely with other mental health professionals, such as psychiatrists and psychologists, to deliver coordinated and holistic care to our clients.

• Provide timely crisis intervention services to clients experiencing acute mental health emergencies, ensuring their safety and stabilization.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health strategies and available community resources to support their recovery journey.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with ethical standards and regulatory requirements.

• Participate actively in supervision, case consultation, and team meetings to continually enhance clinical skills and support overall team objectives.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LCSW-R, LMHC, or LMFT in New York State is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
