Customer Service Rep

Join our team as a Customer Service Representative at our Creve Coeur, United States location! We're looking for a friendly and professional individual to provide exceptional customer service and support our daily operations.

Responsibilities include:

• Answering incoming phone calls and taking customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Processing cash transactions and handling payments
• Preparing and making pizzas according to company standards
• Maintaining a clean and organized work environment
• Providing outstanding customer service, ensuring a positive experience for every customer
• Collaborating with team members to meet sales goals and maintain high-quality standards
• Assisting with various cleaning tasks to uphold store cleanliness
• Lifting and moving items weighing up to 25 lbs. as needed
• Adapting to changing priorities and maintaining flexibility in work schedule

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with customers and team members
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions accurately
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and various shifts as required
• Positive attitude and friendly demeanor, with an easy smile
• Basic computer proficiency for operating point-of-sale systems and digital ordering platforms
• Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
