You’ll provide direct support to students with diverse needs, including those with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) requiring mental health intervention. Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid Colorado Department of Education Special Services Provider License with Social Worker Endorsement
• Preferred background in Special Education (SPED), particularly working with students receiving mental health services
• Experience with mild to moderate, affective needs, and significant support needs populations is highly valued
• Ability to navigate flexible caseloads and adapt to changing service minutes based on campus requirements
• Capable of fulfilling time-sensitive credentialing processes prior to assignment start

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the dedicated Social Worker for one high school campus (final location to be confirmed)
• Deliver mental health interventions as outlined in student IEPs, collaborating closely with the Special Education team
• Develop and implement individualized strategies and crisis interventions that promote student growth and well-being
• Partner with school staff, families, and outside providers to coordinate and deliver comprehensive support
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with district and state guidelines
