Service Advisor Opportunity with a Leading Buick GMC Dealership

About the Role:
As a Service Advisor, you will be the key link between our customers and our service team. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing professional guidance and recommendations to customers regarding their vehicle maintenance and repairs.
- Building long-term relationships by ensuring a seamless and satisfying service experience.
- Collaborating with technicians and other team members to deliver efficient and accurate results.
What Were Looking For:
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor in a dealership setting is preferred but not required.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a customer-centric approach.
- A proven ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
- A team player with excellent communication skills and a strong work ethic.
