Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with pre-screened clients who are stable adults with low acuity mental health issues. Our strong pre-screening process ensures that the clients you serve do not exhibit severe mental health conditions, allowing you to focus on providing effective, focused care. We tailor client assignments to match your specialties and demographic preferences, ensuring a fulfilling and engaging counseling experience.

Qualifications\n

Candidates must possess a Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology. You must hold one of the following licenses, allowing you to practice independently without supervision:

Compensation and Benefits\n

Inner Horizon Counseling offers a competitive salary range of $115,000 to $130,000 annually, based on your hours worked. Full-time counselors also receive a monthly healthcare stipend, along with the benefits of weekly direct deposit for enhanced financial management.
