Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver high-quality outpatient mental health counseling services to clients, focusing on their unique needs and fostering a supportive therapeutic relationship.

• Ensure a positive client experience by providing emotionally safe and encouraging sessions, both virtually and, when necessary, through in-person visits at designated office locations.

• Participate in consultations with licensed staff to enhance clinical practices and support professional growth, including monthly consultation meetings to discuss complex cases.

• Assist in onboarding and training new staff members, sharing insights and experiences to enrich their acclimatization into the organization.

• Utilize evidence-based treatment methodologies to address and manage a variety of mental health concerns, while independently problem-solving to promote effective treatment pathways.

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals, to coordinate comprehensive care and ensure holistic client support.

• Commit to ongoing professional development by attending relevant training, workshops, and conferences.

The ideal candidate will show a strong commitment to serving children, adolescents, and their families. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field is required.
