Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus will be on working with stable, low-acuity adults presenting a spectrum of mental health needs. Clients may struggle with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, or stress management. Our aim is to empower individuals to develop practical skills for improving their quality of life through supportive counseling.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in a counseling-related discipline, such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• A current, state-issued mental health counseling license allowing independent practice, such as LMFT, LPCC, LCSW, or equivalent. Please specify your credentials and licensed state in your application.

• No limited or provisional licenses; candidates with no history of disciplinary action are preferred.

• Excellent interpersonal skills combined with a strong empathy and care approach towards clients.

• Proficiency in using technology for remote counseling; must possess a computer with webcam and audio capabilities along with reliable internet access.

• Previous work in outpatient counseling settings is advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits\n

• Competitive annual salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000 based on experience and hours worked.
