Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct weekly live video therapy sessions with adults experiencing various emotional challenges, taking a personalized approach based on individual needs.

• Collaborate with the Therapy Leadership Team for ongoing support and consultation, ensuring you have the resources necessary for optimal client outcomes.

• Partner with psychiatric providers to create comprehensive treatment plans, enhancing the multi-disciplinary support for each client.

• Utilize automatically administered symptom self-assessments to monitor client progress and adapt treatment strategies accordingly.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation through our therapist portal, ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards while minimizing paperwork.

You will serve a diverse clientele, including individuals experiencing a range of emotional disorders. Your commitment to providing culturally responsive care will be essential as you work with clients from varying backgrounds and with differing needs, including those at risk of suicide or self-harm. Qualifications\n

• You must possess a valid independent license in the state of Oregon, such as LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, or LPC. Holding licenses in multiple states is a considerable advantage.

Compensation and Benefits\n
