Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a diverse caseload of clients, establishing rapport through empathetic communication while upholding professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conduct regular sessions to review client progress, discussing their stability, upcoming appointments, and transitions such as discharge when appropriate.

• Create, implement, and continually monitor personalized treatment plans that align with each client’s unique needs and goals.

• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation for each client, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Perform initial intake assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health needs and develop appropriate strategies for intervention.

• Engage in individual therapy sessions, tailoring therapeutic techniques to the strengths and challenges of each client.

• Participate in regular individual supervision to promote professional development and address clinical challenges.

• Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care and intervention strategies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a member of our team, you will work with a varied patient population, including adults, children, and families facing diverse mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in mental health counseling or a closely related field.

• Current and active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) certification without restrictions.

• A minimum of one year of post-graduate clinical experience within a mental health outpatient setting.

• Strong comfort level with computer systems, including Excel spreadsheets, RMS systems, Outlook, and PIMSY software.

Preferred Experience\n

• Previous role providing direct psychotherapy services, including individual and family counseling.

• Experience conducting comprehensive intake assessments guiding treatment strategies.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from $75,000 to $90,000 annually, reflecting your expertise and commitment to providing exceptional care.
