Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Clinical Mental Health Therapist at Crystal Counseling LLC, you will work primarily with individuals experiencing mood disorders, including but not limited to depression, bipolar disorder, and related anxiety issues. Our client base is diverse, encompassing a broad range of backgrounds and experiences, which enriches the therapeutic environment and enhances understanding of the unique challenges faced by individuals with mood disorders.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LCSW-R, LMHC, or LMFT in the state of Washington.

• Expertise in evidence-based treatment modalities for mood disorders, with proven success in employing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) within a clinical setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n
