Program Administrator Lighthouse (Remote)

DescriptionA client with Kforce is seeking a Program Administrator Lighthouse to join their team for a remote role.Summary:Our client owns a customer engagement and co-creation program, spanning executive relationships, product feedback loops, GTM advocacy, and strategic partnerships across multiple industries. This role is the operational backbone of the program: the person who keeps artifacts organized, customer and executive schedules running, and CRM data clean and current.This is not an entry-level admin role. We need someone who has operated inside a fast-moving enterprise tech environment before, knows how to manage up to executives, and can build process rather than wait for it. The position requires someone who can operate independently inside detailed, protocol-driven processes, exercise sound judgment on ambiguous or escalation-sensitive situations, and communicate clearly and proactively across a wide stakeholder group.Artifact Management:* Own the full lifecycle of artifacts: customer profiles, lookbooks, agendas, meeting decks, and program documentation* Keep them accurate, current, and easy to find* Build and maintain the systems that make this scalable as the program growsExecutive Meeting Prep:* Prepare briefing materials for executive-facing meetings and engagements* Pull the right context, anticipate what leaders will need to know, and package it so it's usable with zero back-and-forth.Scheduling: * Coordinate calendars across customers, executives, and internal stakeholders* Handle the complexity of multi-party, multi-timezone scheduling without dropping details* Know how to prioritize and push back when conflicts ariseCRM Management:* Own the customer data and status tracking system* Keep records accurate, statuses current, and reporting reliable* Flag data quality issues before they become someone else's problemRequirements* Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing or releated field* PMP certification a bonus* 10+ years of experience in a program coordination, executive support, or CRM/operations role inside an enterprise tech company* Fluent in CRM tools and comfortable learning new ones quickly* Working knowledge of AI tools and how to use them to move faster; experience auditing and cleaning AI-generated content for accuracy and completeness* Understands how enterprise organizations actually operate: politics, pace, and the difference between "urgent" and "important"* Self-starter who builds process without being asked; doesn't wait for perfect instructions* Detail-oriented with strong ownership mentality - able to self-manage weekly task lists, flag blockers proactively, and close loops independently* High attention to detail with the speed to match a fast-moving program* Comfortable working with executives directly and representing the program well* Comfortable communicating with external customers (who are also executives) and representing the program well* Strong written and verbal communicator* Strong calendar and scheduling management, including coordination across time zones and stakeholder constraints* Ability to triage and escalate appropriately and effectively* Comfortable running or supporting a recurring reporting/metrics cycle with minimal oversight* Familiarity with Google Workspace (Drive, Docs, Sheets), Zoom, Slack, and CRM/data query toolsWhat Success Looks Like:Within 90 days, this person owns the artifact and scheduling systems end to end, requires minimal oversight, and has already identified and fixed at least one process gap without being asked.Job TypeContractCompensation53 - $63
