This position operates in a remote setting, utilizing telehealth technology to connect with patients across Pasadena, California, and beyond. Typical working hours are from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with some availability for evening shifts to accommodate patient schedules.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth assessments of patients to effectively identify their needs, challenges, and therapeutic goals, ensuring a personalized treatment approach.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including motivational interviewing and cognitive-behavioral techniques.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Active licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in the state of California.

• Strong foundation in substance use disorders and recovery-oriented care principles.

• Demonstrated experience in delivering both individual and group therapy within the context of addiction treatment.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with an emphasis on a non-judgmental, empathetic approach.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, between USD 100,000 and 120,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
