The role operates within a telehealth setting, allowing you to deliver therapeutic services from the comfort of your own space while maintaining flexible hours. You will primarily engage with clients through video conferencing tools, ensuring privacy and confidentiality in every interaction. Our digital platform is equipped with advanced electronic health record (EHR) systems to facilitate seamless documentation and communication.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments by meeting with clients to evaluate their mental health status, taking into account their history and presenting issues.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to each patient’s unique situation.

• Provide individual and group therapy sessions, equipping clients with coping strategies and tools to overcome specific challenges.

• Facilitate ongoing progress monitoring through regular follow-ups and adapt treatment plans as necessary based on clients' evolving needs.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals, to ensure holistic and integrated care for patients.

• Maintain detailed and accurate records using our EHR system, ensuring all client interactions are documented in compliance with regulatory standards.

• Provide referrals to community resources and additional services when required to address broader aspects of clients' mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your expertise will support a diverse patient population facing various mental health conditions, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational issues. You will ensure that all therapeutic approaches are culturally competent and inclusive, fostering an environment where every client feels understood and valued.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) within the state of California.

• A minimum of two years of professional experience in a mental health setting.

• Comprehensive knowledge of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment modalities.

• Proficient crisis intervention skills with the capability to navigate challenging situations with composure and empathy.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively build rapport with a diverse range of clients.

• Familiarity with electronic health record systems and adeptness in various computer applications.

• A commitment to maintaining professional ethics, confidentiality, and the integrity of client relationships.

• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team to enhance client care.

Compensation and Benefits\n
