Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist at Clarity Wellness Center, you will:

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical records, including progress notes, in accordance with departmental policies to ensure compliance and high-quality patient care.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to develop comprehensive treatment and discharge plans tailored to the specific needs identified through psychosocial assessments.

• Communicate effectively with physicians and other healthcare providers about patient progress, concerns, and any challenges faced during treatment.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic techniques and interventions that align with best practices in mental health counseling.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will have the privilege of working with a diverse clientele, including individuals grappling with a variety of mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in social work, psychology, or a closely related field, along with licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC).

• At least two years of experience delivering virtual counseling services, demonstrating familiarity with telehealth best practices and applications.

• Current Associate or Licensed status with the California Board of Behavioral Sciences, or in progress towards licensure.
