This role demands a dedicated professional who is committed to providing high-quality mental health therapy services while enjoying the flexibility of working from home. You will be primarily working Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, to help your clients achieve their mental wellness goals.

Work Environment\n

As a remote therapist, you will be working primarily from your home but will remain integral to our collaborative team environment. Our digital platform allows for real-time communication with colleagues and easy access to necessary resources. Utilizing advanced telehealth technologies, you’ll conduct virtual therapy sessions from the comfort of your workspace. You will be equipped with secure systems to manage client records, assessments, and treatment plans, ensuring compliance with health regulations and the highest standards of patient confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide virtual therapy sessions, fostering a safe and supportive online environment for clients.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients' mental health needs and develop actionable treatment plans tailored to individual circumstances.

This position centers around serving a diverse range of clients dealing with issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship discord. You will engage with individuals, couples, and families, offering appropriate therapeutic modalities tailored to their unique experiences and goals. By understanding each client's background, cultural context, and personal challenges, you will help facilitate meaningful progress and better mental health outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required, along with an active license in California (LMFT, LPCC, LCSW, or equivalent).

• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience providing mental health therapy.

• Proficient in using telehealth platforms and committed to maintaining a professional, supportive virtual presence.

• Strong assessment and diagnostic skills with a client-centered approach to treatment.

• Experience working within a community health setting, addressing the needs of underrepresented populations.

Compensation and Benefits\n

In recognition of your valuable skills and commitment, we offer an annual salary ranging from USD 115,000 to USD 120,000 based on experience.
