Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to develop individualized therapy strategies tailored to each client’s unique needs.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and psychodynamic therapy, to individuals, groups, and families.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and reliability in documentation.
\n
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic care, including consultations with other healthcare providers to coordinate treatment plans.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops, training, and continued education to stay updated with the latest mental health research and methodologies.

• Utilize various technological platforms, including Electronic Medical Records (EMR) software, to enhance client care efficiently.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, adults, and families who often face barriers to accessing mental health services. You will address a multitude of mental health issues, including depression, anxiety, trauma, and relationship difficulties. By employing tailored therapeutic approaches and emphasizing empathy and support, you will empower clients to improve their emotional and mental well-being.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is mandatory.

• Possess active and unrestricted licensure as a Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in the state of Maryland.

• A minimum of 2 years of counseling experience in a clinical setting is required.

• Strong understanding of legal and ethical standards in mental health practice.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.

• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $70,000 to $90,000 annually, based on your experience and caseload capacity.
