Solutions Engineer

Role Overview As a Solutions Engineer at Gumloop, you'll work directly with customers to turn their highest‑value automation opportunities into production reality on our platform. You'll lead pilots and initial onboarding for new customers, partner with account teams to drive adoption and expansion, and serve as the technical authority from first conversation through scale. This is a hands‑on, full‑lifecycle role — you own outcomes, not just demos.
