Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth physical examinations and thoroughly review patient medical histories to guide patient care decisions.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests, such as blood tests and X-rays, to aid in accurate diagnosis.
• Diagnose and manage a variety of health issues within the scope of family medicine, tailoring treatment approaches to individual patient needs.
• Develop and implement personalized management plans for chronic and infectious diseases, working closely with patients to monitor their progress.
• Prescribe medications as necessary, ensuring effective monitoring of patient responses to treatments.
• Maintain comprehensive and organized patient records following regulatory standards, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Educate patients and their families regarding disease processes, treatment options, and preventive health measures.
• Oversee and promote the overall health and wellness of patients through regular follow-ups and patient management strategies.
• Encourage healthy lifestyle choices and preventive care practices, contributing to the long-term health of our community.
• Stay current with developments in primary care, participating in ongoing education, workshops, and research initiatives.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Physician Assistant Studies from an accredited program.
• Current certification as a Physician Assistant by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA).

• Strong foundation in family medicine, demonstrating adequate clinical knowledge and skills.
• Proven experience as a Physician Assistant, preferably in a family health clinic or similar healthcare setting.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from USD 140,000 to 160,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
