Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health status through clinical interviews, standardized assessments, and observations.

• Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client, incorporating evidence-based practices to address issues such as anxiety, depression, substance abuse, and eating disorders.

• Facilitate regular therapy sessions, both individual and group, where clients can cultivate coping skills and strategies to navigate their challenges.

• Coordinate care with other healthcare professionals, such as psychiatrists or primary care physicians, when necessary, ensuring a holistic approach to mental health treatment.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation in compliance with legal, ethical, and insurance requirements using our EHR system.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse client base, including individuals from various cultural backgrounds facing numerous mental health challenges. This role provides the opportunity to utilize your clinical expertise to engage with clients struggling with anxiety, depression, PTSD, substance use disorders, and other emergent issues, helping them to find resilience and hope through tailored therapeutic interventions.

Qualifications\n

• Current and valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Texas.

• A master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A minimum of four years of relevant clinical experience in a mental health setting, adept in diverse populations and various therapeutic modalities.

• Solid understanding of mental health disorders and their behavioral manifestations, equipped with the ability to employ evidence-based treatment methodologies.
