Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments for clients, analyzing their personal histories, social backgrounds, and current challenges to develop individualized treatment plans.

• Implement and monitor evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and trauma-informed practices, to assist individuals in overcoming barriers to recovery.

• Facilitate individual and group counseling sessions aimed at promoting emotional regulation, skill development, and communal support among clients.

• Engage in crisis assessment and intervention, employing de-escalation techniques, and coordinating referrals for intensive treatment when required.

• Provide psychoeducation to clients and families, enhancing their understanding of mental health issues, available treatment options, and community resources relevant to their recovery journey.

• Maintain accurate documentation of assessments, treatment modes, and client progress consistent with state and federal regulations.

• Participate actively in team meetings, contributing insights and updates on client care, and fostering collaboration within the treatment team.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
