Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct assessments with clients experiencing major mental illnesses and severe emotional disorders, ensuring that treatment aligns with their individual needs and clinical guidelines.

• Collaborate with a dedicated team to create integrated care plans, facilitate access to community resources, and maintain ongoing communication among clients, family members, and various providers.

• Implement evidence-based interventions and therapeutic techniques, both in individual and group settings, to support clients throughout their recovery process.

• Monitor clients’ progress rigorously by conducting regular evaluations and adjusting care plans as necessary to reflect treatment responsiveness and evolving needs.

• Deliver crisis intervention services to clients in urgent need, ensuring prompt and effective support during critical moments.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of treatment processes, case notes, and compliance with regulatory requirements to facilitate quality improvement and accountability.

• Participate in on-call coverage outside of regular hours to ensure clients have access to support whenever required.

• Contribute to committee activities aimed at enhancing agency service delivery and promoting quality improvements across the organization.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LCSW will work closely with clients in a hospice context, addressing their psychological and emotional needs during critical points in their lives. Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
