Work Environment\n

This position offers a unique opportunity to work remotely while delivering crucial mental health services within a school setting. As a LCSW, you will collaborate with educators and school staff to create an integrated approach to student care, ensuring that mental health is an essential component of the educational experience. You will maintain a full-time schedule from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, allowing for a consistent work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual psychotherapy and group therapy sessions to students facing mental health challenges, utilizing various therapeutic approaches tailored to the individual's needs.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate students’ emotional, behavioral, and social functioning, using structured diagnostic tools.

• Collaborate with educational and healthcare professionals, including teachers, school psychologists, and primary care physicians, to provide coordinated care for students.

• Educate students and their families about mental health conditions, available treatments, and community resources, providing them with the tools needed to navigate challenges.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LCSW will primarily focus on school-aged children and adolescents, addressing a range of mental health conditions such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and adjustment issues that may arise within the school environment. Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
