In this remote position, you will primarily work from home while also maintaining the flexibility to meet in our outpatient office as patient needs dictate. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to evaluate patients' needs, risks, and treatment eligibility.

• Develop tailored treatment plans utilizing evidence-based practices, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy.

• Provide individual, couple, and family therapy sessions to facilitate healing and promote coping strategies.
\n
• Facilitate psychoeducational groups and support sessions, addressing common mental health issues and enhancing community engagement.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatric, psychological, and medical staff to ensure cohesive, holistic patient care.

• Offer crisis intervention and rapid support during mental health emergencies to ensure patient safety.
\n
• Maintain detailed, accurate, and confidential patient records in compliance with HIPAA and ethical guidelines.

• Actively participate in professional development, including attending training and staying abreast of the latest mental health research and treatment innovations.

• Engage in regular case consultations and team meetings to enhance service delivery and foster a supportive professional environment.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of California.

• In-depth knowledge of mental health disorders and various evidence-based therapeutic approaches.

• Strong assessment skills and a proven capability to develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to individual needs.

• Ability to provide effective individual and group therapy to a diverse clientele.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a sound professional judgment.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of two years of experience in a mental health counseling role, preferably in an outpatient setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n
