This position is primarily remote, allowing for a flexible work-life balance. Our practice operates within the framework of a community health clinic that prioritizes the well-being of our clients. Our work hours extend from 7 AM to 10 PM seven days a week, providing ample opportunity to accommodate diverse schedules and client needs. While you can conduct many sessions from the comfort of your own home, you will also benefit from our committed administrative support team, which assists with scheduling and client services.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive, trauma-informed mental health assessments to thoroughly evaluate patients' trauma histories and identify tailored treatment approaches.

• Develop, implement, and regularly update individualized treatment plans aimed at facilitating trauma recovery and resilience-building among clients.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), to guide clients through their healing journeys.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions that empower patients to process their trauma, learn effective coping strategies, and promote healing.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and multidisciplinary professionals to ensure integrated care plans and effective treatment strategies for our clients.

• Provide crisis intervention and immediate support during trauma-related emergencies, ensuring a prompt and effective response.

• Educate patients and their families on trauma responses, healthy coping mechanisms, and available psychosocial resources.

• Maintain accurate, confidential documentation to comply with legal and ethical standards, ensuring that all patient information remains secure and up to date.

• Engage actively in case consultations, team meetings, and professional development activities aimed at enhancing trauma-informed care practices.

• Stay informed of the latest research, best practices, and innovative therapies in trauma-focused treatment.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $110,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
