Key Responsibilities\n

• Coordinate with Centralized Intake and school site contacts to effectively manage intern caseloads and address any arising concerns promptly.

• Participate in regular audits and quality assurance initiatives to ensure compliance with agency policies, documentation standards, and funding requirements.

• Attend and contribute to agency meetings and training sessions to stay updated on best practices and organizational objectives.
\n
• Ensure the accurate and timely entry of client data in the AWARDS electronic health record system.
\n
• Provide clinical consultations via both in-person and telehealth for crisis and non-crisis situations, demonstrating responsiveness and expertise.
\n
• Maintain an organized and professional workspace, addressing maintenance or safety concerns with management as they arise.
\n
• Engage in the implementation and monitoring of clinical program objectives, adhering to established service delivery standards.
\n
• Conduct psychotherapy sessions with clients, supporting their mental health journeys through individualized care and evidence-based interventions.

• Oversee the intern recruitment and onboarding process, ensuring alignment with agency goals and fostering a nurturing learning environment.

• Develop and facilitate training workshops for interns and trainees in compliance with shifting federal, state, and county regulations.

• Participate in the intern performance evaluation process, providing constructive feedback and support to foster professional development.
