Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients referred by physicians, analyzing their movement patterns, physical abilities, and specific needs.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on clinical findings and evidence-based practices to drive optimal patient outcomes.
• Utilize various therapeutic techniques and modalities, such as manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and neuromuscular re-education, tailored to diverse patient populations.
• Actively collaborate with other healthcare providers to enhance treatment efficacy and overall patient progress.
• Educate and coach patients and their caregivers on the therapeutic process, including home exercise programs and lifestyle modifications.
• Meet established productivity and utilization goals, ensuring the clinic's operational effectiveness and program success.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population, treating individuals with varying needs, including orthopedic conditions, sports injuries, pediatric patients, and neurological disorders. Your role as a Physical Therapist is crucial in helping patients regain their independence and improve their daily functioning, ensuring they are well-supported in their recovery journey.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited educational institution.
• Current licensing as a Doctor of Physical Therapy in the state of New Jersey through the Physical Therapy Examining Committee.
• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a rehabilitative setting, demonstrating the ability to effectively provide patient-centered care.
• Current CPR certification, ensuring readiness to respond to emergency situations.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills that foster trust and rapport with patients and their families.
• Proficient in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and other clinical documentation tools, enhancing patient management efficiency.

Compensation and Benefits
