Work Environment\n

This role is fully remote, allowing for flexibility and work-life balance, while still providing the support of a dynamic team. You will be working from your own home or preferred location, equipped with the necessary technology to conduct teletherapy sessions. Our outpatient office remains available for periodic in-person meetings, team collaborations, and client appointments as needed. Core working hours are Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, offering you a set schedule with consistent hours.

Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will:

• Deliver individualized therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices to address a variety of client needs and challenges, such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and family conflicts.

• Collaborate closely with clients, families, and external care providers to develop and revise effective, personalized treatment plans that reflect each client's specific goals and objectives.

• Utilize diagnostic tools and assessments to evaluate client progress, adjusting therapeutic techniques and approaches as necessary to optimize outcomes.

• Maintain meticulous records of therapy sessions, client progress, and treatment plans in compliance with ethical and legal standards.

• Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions to foster professional development and enhance service delivery practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your client base will encompass a diverse demographic, including individuals, couples, and families facing a wide array of mental health concerns. You will provide a safe space for clients to explore their feelings, strengthen relationships, and develop coping strategies. Your role will be pivotal in addressing the unique challenges that families face today—helping them navigate through transitions, communication barriers, and emotional difficulties.

Qualifications\n

To be a successful candidate, you will need to possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field from an accredited institution.

• A current, valid LMFT license to practice in the state of Tennessee.

• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong ability to convey empathy and understanding during client interactions.

• Proficiency in therapeutic modalities and methods, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, family systems therapy, and other relevant approaches.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the capacity to build rapport and establish trust with clients.

Preferred Experience\n

While two years of clinical experience in a mental health setting is required, candidates with additional experience working with family dynamics or couples' therapy will be given preference. Familiarity with telehealth platforms and practice management software will also be advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits\n
