Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients’ mental health status through interviews, questionnaires, and observation to identify specific issues and needs.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique situation and goals, incorporating evidence-based treatment modalities.

• Deliver one-on-one therapy sessions and group counseling as appropriate, using culturally responsive methods to engage patients effectively.

• Maintain accurate patient documentation and adhere to confidentiality and ethical guidelines as mandated by state regulations and professional standards.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
