As a Remote Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will work primarily from home while engaging with clients through telehealth platforms. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate familial dynamics and individual mental health concerns.

• Engage clients in therapeutic dialogues to uncover their perceptions and experiences with relationship disruptions.

• Identify and recommend beneficial environmental resources that can support clients in their healing journey.

• Address and intervene in underlying issues contributing to familial dysfunction, utilizing evidence-based methods.

• Guide clients through processes of grief, anxiety, and other negative emotional states, fostering resilience and coping skills.

• Advise families on strategies to stabilize their home and educational settings, facilitating smoother transitions and improved outcomes.

• Prepare comprehensive clinical reports and documentation to support expert testimony during legal proceedings when necessary.

• Provide articulate expert testimony based on your professional assessments during court or mediatory settings.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse range of clients, including individuals and families from various cultural backgrounds experiencing relational issues, trauma, anxiety, and other mental health conditions. Your therapeutic approach will be tailored to foster healing and enhance overall familial well-being, recognizing the complexities of each situation while prioritizing group dynamics and individual needs.

Qualifications\n

• A master's or doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field from an accredited institution.

• A valid and current LMFT license in Pennsylvania, complying with state regulations regarding examination and supervised clinical hours.

• Completion of at least one year of supervised clinical experience, with a focus on evidence-based therapeutic practices.

• Strong diagnostic skills to evaluate and devise treatment plans addressing a wide range of mental health challenges.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Meadville Behavioral Health offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 – 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
