This role is primarily conducted in a remote setting, utilizing telehealth technology to connect with clients. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments for clients to evaluate their mental health concerns accurately and identify unique needs.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that address each client's specific mental health goals and challenges.

• Provide engaging one-on-one psychotherapy sessions via our telehealth platform, employing a variety of therapeutic modalities suited to client needs.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions or family sessions, promoting open communication and support among participants when necessary.
\n
• Regularly monitor and document client progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as required to ensure effective outcomes.

• Work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team of mental health professionals to deliver holistic care and support to clients.

• Accurately maintain electronic medical records (EMRs) to track client interactions and treatment histories while following HIPAA guidelines.

• Engage in ongoing professional development and training to stay abreast of the latest evidence-based practices and mental health treatments.

Qualifications\n

Joyful Journey Counseling Services offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 85,000 to 95,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
