Work Environment\n

This position is uniquely structured to be performed remotely, allowing flexibility while maintaining a strong commitment to school-based mental health services. Working in conjunction with school staff, the LCSW will utilize telehealth methods for assessments, counseling sessions, and consultations, ensuring accessibility for students and their families. The work schedule is Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 6 PM, with no evening or weekend obligations.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of mental health needs for students and families, developing tailored treatment plans in collaboration with the educational team.

• Provide individual, couples, group, and family therapy, implementing evidence-based practices to facilitate positive outcomes.

• Regularly monitor and evaluate client progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed to ensure effectiveness and adherence to best practices in mental health care.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client records, utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems to document sessions, treatment plans, and client interactions.

• Collaborate with school personnel and other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care and address any identified behavioral health issues within the educational environment.

• Educate students and families about available resources, including referrals to specialized services when required.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LCSW will primarily work with school-aged children and adolescents dealing with a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, behavioral disorders, and family-related concerns. • A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution and a valid LCSW license in Nevada is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
