Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide tailored counseling and emotional support to students and their families, addressing issues related to adjustment, bereavement, and personal challenges.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary rehabilitation team to devise individualized treatment plans that fulfill each student’s psychosocial requirements and educational aspirations.

• Assist students and families in navigating and accessing local community resources, such as support groups, vocational rehabilitation services, and any additional assistance required post-rehabilitation.

• Offer ongoing education and guidance to families regarding available community resources and facilitate a seamless transition during discharge processes.

• Engage in proactive planning for patients’ transitions to school or home environments, ensuring continuity of care and support post-rehabilitation.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will involve working with school-aged children and adolescents who may face a variety of mental health challenges stemming from personal, academic, or family-related issues. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
