Key Responsibilities\n

The LCSW will undertake a variety of responsibilities that directly impact client care, including:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments of mental health needs, implementing developmentally appropriate screenings, and developing integrated care plans that ensure students have access to necessary services.

• Providing individual, group, and family therapy to students, focusing on their presenting problems and requests for services.

• Assisting with crisis interventions and providing support during critical times.

• Monitoring clinical outcomes through timely documentation and data submission, ensuring compliance with all ethical guidelines and procedures.

• Participating as an effective team member, advancing common goals by contributing insights and strategies to improve service delivery and quality of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The ideal candidate will work primarily with a diverse student body within school systems, addressing various mental health challenges, including but not limited to, anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and trauma-related symptoms. You will be tasked with creating a nurturing space where students can express their feelings, receive guidance, and develop coping strategies to enhance their academic and social skills.

Qualifications\n

To excel in this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) certification.

• A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in social work or a related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n
