Work Environment\n

This role is designed to be 100% remote, enabling the chosen candidate to conduct therapy sessions from their preferred location. As a virtual practitioner, you will work collaboratively with a supportive administrative team that handles essential tasks such as insurance verification, billing, and electronic health record management, allowing you to focus exclusively on providing quality therapy to your clients.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct virtual therapy sessions for a minimum of 25 clients weekly, utilizing evidence-based practices tailored to individual client needs.

• Engage with school staff and parents to foster a comprehensive support system for students facing mental health challenges.
\n
• Develop and implement treatment plans, monitor client progress, and adjust interventions based on evolving needs.
\n
• Maintain detailed, accurate records of client interactions and progress notes in our electronic health record (EHR) system to ensure compliance and facilitate continuity of care.

• Participate in regular team meetings to share insights, strategies, and updates on client care.
\n
• Adhere to ethical standards and state regulations governing the practice of social work.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position focuses primarily on providing mental health support to individuals aged 18 and older, including but not limited to students navigating the transition from adolescence to young adulthood. Ideal candidates will have experience working with diverse populations, including those from minority backgrounds, and an understanding of the unique challenges faced within the school setting.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.
\n
• Active LCSW license to practice in the State of Nevada.
\n
• A minimum of three years of post-licensure clinical experience, specifically in counseling and therapy.
\n
• Proficiency in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and/or Psychodynamic Therapy techniques.
\n
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively connect with clients and collaborate with educational stakeholders.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working with the LGBTQIA+ community and men's mental health is highly desirable, but not mandatory.
\n
• Knowledge and competency in providing therapy to diverse and minority populations.
\n
• Possession of professional malpractice insurance is required.
\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 85,000 – 104,000 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition, we offer a generous sign-on bonus to help you start your journey with us on a strong note.
