Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to understand each student's individual concerns, strengths, and resources, providing a comprehensive overview of their mental health.

• Implement individual, family, and group therapy sessions using established evidence-based therapies like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Trauma-Informed Care.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team—including psychiatrists, school psychologists, and educators—to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for your clients.

• Adopt a proactive approach to crisis intervention, conducting risk assessments, developing safety plans, and ensuring timely interventions when necessary.

• Create and maintain tailored treatment plans that outline specific goals, therapeutic interventions, and monitoring progress, adjusting as needed to reflect changing circumstances.

• Document all clinical interactions accurately and promptly, adhering to ethical and legal standards while safeguarding client confidentiality.

• Lead group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, or support groups, fostering a sense of community among participants.

Qualifications\n
